NEWS

Here you can read media coverage about your Foundation:

May 31, 2016 The audio from Swap Talk on The Grand 101.1 FM with citizen volunteer and councillor Kirk McElwain, Elora BIA administrator Fred Gordon and CWCF board member Jason Thompson, discuss the wonderful Elora Green Space. Starting with a mothballed gas station from the 1930’s and a gravel lot contaminated by hydrocarbons, the community uniquely came together and made what may well be the central place for Elora, for tourists and locals alike. CWCF helped with the funding of this with our Elora Green Space Fund and through citizen generosity, the 5 year project is now paid off. Definitely a local success story worth celebrating!
