The Centre Wellington Community Foundation is Seeking an Executive Director to Propel our Growing Community Impact

WHO WE ARE

Founded in 2009, CWCF is a public charitable foundation working to help improve the long-term well-being and quality of life in Centre Wellington and environs. Through the generosity of our donors, we build funds targeted at key needs in our community, including health, education, arts & culture, social needs and the environment. We help charitable and social enterprise organizations meet their goals through grants and social impact investing. To lead us through our next phase of growing impact, we are seeking a passionate, community-minded and results-oriented Executive Director to build on our financial strength, reach and impact to date. You will lead the Foundation in implementing its Vision and Mission. You are responsible for the Foundation’s day-to-day operations, meeting the strategic plan’s objectives and adhering to the Foundation’s policies and all relevant federal and provincial regulations. You are appointed by and accountable to the Board of Directors. This is a part-time position which, through your passion and hands-on work, will help drive sustainable growth. This growth will enable funding of greater staffing resources to further increase our community impact.
